About these terms

This shop is run by Zone7 Studios Pty Ltd (ABN 36 700 457 147), based in Australia. By placing an order you agree to these terms. You can reach us at store@zone7studios.com.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars, or in US or New Zealand dollars for orders to those countries. For Australian orders, prices include GST where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

Our products

Items are made to order by independent print partners. Colours, print placement and sizing can vary slightly from the product images and from one piece to the next. Product images are illustrations of the design, not photographs of your item.

Colour-change mugs show the full design only when filled with something hot.

Candles: always follow the safety label, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Shipping and returns

Designs and content

The artwork, names and content in this shop belong to Zone7 Studios. Buying an item does not give you the right to copy or reuse its design.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other law that cannot be excluded, including the consumer law where you live. Subject to that, and as far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to replacing the item or refunding what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
