Where we ship
We ship to Australia, New Zealand and the United States. Candles ship to United States addresses only, so checkout cannot send a candle to Australia or New Zealand.
Made to order
Each item is made after you order it. Most orders are made within a few business days. Please allow up to 10 business days at busy times.
Where items are made
Clothing and totes for Australia and New Zealand are printed in Australia. Clothing and totes for the United States are printed in the United States. Mugs and posters are printed in Australia for every country. Candles are made in the United States. If your order includes items from different makers, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Delivery times
These are estimates from the day your order ships, not guarantees. They can run longer at busy times of year.
- Australia: 3 to 8 business days
- New Zealand: 7 to 15 business days
- United States: 3 to 7 business days for clothing, totes and candles, 10 to 20 business days for mugs and posters, which are printed in Australia

Shipping is worked out at checkout from what you order and where it is going. You will see the full cost before you pay.
Tracking
We email you when your order ships, with a tracking link where tracking is available.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent from Australia to New Zealand may attract import duties or taxes charged in New Zealand. Mugs and posters sent from Australia to the United States may also attract US import duties or taxes. These are not included in our prices or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the person receiving the order. Clothing, totes and candles for United States orders are made in the United States, so they do not cross a border.
Problems with delivery
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged, email store@zone7studios.com and see our refund policy.
